Decent conditions when everything is working properly.

Cons

Had to have floor replaced due to leaks, stingy on rent adjustment due to massive disruptions. Flooding/appliance issues. Terrible maintenance. Avoid!

- paper thin walls - super dirty - the worst management you could ever imagine - roaches everywhere - basically it’s a prewar building that they slapped some paint on and said it’s remodeled
