Nice supportive neighbors. Decent size rooms.

Cons

Sometimes no heat, no hot water, and elevator doesn't work. They take a while to fix. The owners do not care and isn't responsive.

Advice to the owners

Take care of the residents!! Fix things promptly and respond to emails promptly.
