Management company's response failure

Pros:
not sure if there are any Pros since the management company has been changed
Cons:
The building management company has changed in the past a year, and since they took over the places, they haven't been taking care of and addressing the issues for the previous five months. The problems are as follows; 1. Garbage shooter issue with the individual tenant and not empty the basement shooter compartment on time 2. Intercome that connects the front lobby to the individual tenant room is not working 3. I and some of the tenants in the building have been seriously issued of the water leak issues that have not been taken care of. It is becoming a severe level at this point 4. They stopped the building & tenant visitation on exterminating treatment of issues Roaches and bugs.
Advice to owner:
Need response and action from building management to address those the issues immediately
I seen too many of people smoking inside entrance door when rains & snow. If not people smoke right at front of the building/outside front entrance door. I live at 1st floor, can’t never open the window. I never see they are 25feet way from building property to smoke.
Advice to owner:
Please prohibit smoking front of the entrance door or building. Unless 15 feet way from the building property.
