Dishonest Landlord . Never trust what they say.

Pros

Nice walk up building

Cons

9/11 happened Landlord said I didn’t have to pay that months rent. They then begin to start adding interest and penalties and said I had to pay. I paid . On lease renewal they said their were no changes to the lease. They lied to me , they changed the hood guy clause . On the second lease renewal they said it was too much work to print it out so I could show a lawyer and some interested partners . They said there are no changes except the rent , come down and sign the lease when you are ready.
