Man. Is not nice

Pros

Close to major transport. Heat is hardly ever a problem.

Cons

The management service has no regards to a pandemic. Once your rent is late a few days you start getting letters. The super has major attitude. They never upgrade anything.

Advice to the owners

Make the building nice. It’s where people live for a long time. Put a tint on the glass door as to avoid packages from being stolen.
