One of the worst and unprofessional building management!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartments are large.
Cons:
but the management company is very unprofessional and rude. The manager don’t care about tenants at all. They don’t respond the emails or any emergency situations. The building is very dirty and homeless people came inside the building and spend night on the stairs. The building has mice. I lived in higher floor and caught 2 mices with traps that i put myself. The management company is the worst.
Advice to owner:
Having a professional management company to secure the building. Weekly cleaning for common arae. Trash situation was disaster. There are mices so higher a beter exterminator. Management company needs to assist tenants instead of ignoring them. We don’t live free. We pay our rent on time so the least you can do take care of the basic and cleanliness.
