Hot water didn't work for days and the construction next door made the unit unlivable

It’s newly renovated Good location

Cons

Walls are thin Building is unfinished there’s been months of construction on the first floor that’s still not done and it smells like chemicals non stop It’s super dusty probably from construction

Advice to the owners

Don’t mislead tenants if you’re gonna keep doing renovations and still have people living in the units
