Nice mid luxury apartment

Pros

- speedy and fast maintenance - kind doormen - biweekly pest maintenance (I only saw one in the sink once and I think once maintenance came two baby roaches from the heater died) - great location (5 min talk to Trader Joe’s, to B/C subway stop, 7 min walk to 96th 1,2,3 stop and Whole Foods) - clean lobby - working laundry machines on second floor - family friendly neighborhood

Cons

- idk if it was just me but sometimes I was confused on who to contact for property management - thankfully the Marquis broker gave us a contact for something else and they were able to help us. Would just clarify when you sign

Nonstop Construction and Steep Rent Hikes

Pros

Great neighbors. Helpful doormen.

Cons

Construction has gone on for the last three years, resulting in a cockroach problem on our floor. Steep rent hikes from corporate management leaving no room to negotiate.
