Great neighborhood & building overall, but some issues
Pros
Massive bedroom windows with a beautiful view, communal areas and bathrooms are a good size, and great building amenities (private gym, lounge, and laundry in-building). Pretty, very residential neighborhood with friendly neighbors.
Cons
Smaller bedrooms are way too cramped and living room doesn't have any windows, making it less appealing to hang out it. Responsiveness of management varies. Laundry machines are always full or broken, which management takes forever to fix. Packages are often stolen from the first floor and non-residents have been caught multiple times smoking weed in the lounge.
Advice to the owners
Please stay on top of fixing the laundry machines, as they are always breaking or leaking all over the floor. I also kindly request that you take action to handle package theft and intruders by removing building code access, which you promised to do months ago but has not happened yet.
