Hot in the summer cold in the winter

Pros:
Doormen are extremely sweet and helpful
Building is kept very clean
Great location very close to the park
Cons:
Central AC has malfunctioned in the entire building multiple times in the summer on 90+ degree days. AC also didn’t get turned on until June because they couldn’t get it working. And no window units are allowed to be installed.
Windows extremely thin and don’t retain heat or AC.
Management is rude
Have to reserve laundry machines for use days in advance
Unfriendly neighbors
Advice to owner:
Get your AC together it’s dangerous to not have AC with these temperatures.

- clean building
- nice door people
- good plumbing and facilities
Cons:
- too much construction
- poor communication from building
