location, access to delis, dry cleaners, pharmacy, coffee shop, etc.

rats all over the backyard

Very Clean and Modern.
Cons:
Ultra Super Small Micro Tiny SRU Unit. Literally has enough space to put one futon sofa bed and desk and thats it
Advice to owner:
Either merge multiple units into one or just forget about it
