Review Summary for Franco Stavrinou
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Tenant reviews of buildings managed by Franco Stavrinou reveal a stark contrast in experiences. Some commend the superintendent's prompt responsiveness, cleanliness, and a calm, safe environment. However, significant concerns are raised about management inconsistency, with reports of crime, poor maintenance, unclean hallways, and distrust toward the superintendent due to alleged criminal behavior. Garbage management, heating, and pest control are frequently cited as problematic. Overall, renters advise urgent management changes and enhanced oversight to address security and upkeep issues, highlighting a need for more consistent and trustworthy management practices across the landlord’s properties.

Stay away fast!
Former Tenant
Pros:
No Pros here!
Cons:
Building full of felons that did credit fraud. The super is a felon that did years in jail. Don't hand the super anything with your personal information. Super has stole my credit and ID from the mail. He has cameras up to protect himself from the stealing he does from the neighbors. Dirty hallways, covid hallway risk. No air in the hallway. Never fixes anything in the apartment cause they want you to move out. Hallways smells like terrible. The windows are bolted in the hallway so you can die when there is a fire like this almost happened a week ago.
Advice to owner:
Change management asap

No pros, Everything bad, rent elsewhere
Cons:
Super is a criminal, there are several convicted criminals in the building. The super did credit card fraud so expects to have mail missing and packages. Crime infested building. Owner doesn't care.

Change management, stop letting criminals run the building!
