Lovely small building

Pros

This is a pretty great building to live in: quiet, clean, good light. The landlord is reasonably attentive and also doesn’t bother you too much. It can be *somewhat* tricky to get ahold of her, but stuff also generally works, so it’s ok. The view is great :).

Cons

Landlord isn’t super attentive, except about asking you to remove your small shoe rack from the hallway even though there’s plenty of space. They jacked up the cost of the laundry in the basement to unreasonable levels.

Big apartments. Very clean and well managed building.

Cons

No laundry in the apartment but coin-op in the basement

Advice to the owners

Install coinless laundry. Constantly going to the bank for quarters.
