Illegal occupancy

Pros:
I guess they respond quick
Cons:
Landlord has illegal occupancy in the basement. I live in the upper levels of the building but I’ve noticed 2 apartments down in the basement. I noticed because I just started washing my clothes down there.
Advice to owner:
Don’t be money hungry. This can get you in trouble.

Okay place to live - HORRIBLE management

Pros:
The building is small (only 4 units) and everyone is so friendly. The building itself is fine.
Cons:
Management is horrible and impossible to work with. We had to fight with them for almost a year to fix our heat and should have reported them to the city. They are rude and I would not recommend moving here due to this

Hire new management
