Awful experience, be weary
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good sized apartment
Cons:
Extreme issues with neighbor, pests are hard to get rid of. Property management is hard to get a hold of with serious issues.

Take picture of everything upon moving in.
Advice to owner:
Good luck

Affordable but you get what you pay for
Former Tenant
Pros:
cheap rent, management company is responsive.
Cons:
Building is definitely falling apart, especially as you enter the building. Pests are definitely a presence on the block but luckily haven’t had issues inside the building
Advice to owner:
Fix up entry doorway, find a mail solution for overflow mail.
