A Fantastic Location
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super is great! The trash management and lobby are superb! Altogether a nice place to live and the neighborhood is arguably the best in all Manhattan.
Cons:
Tiny roaches are seen every once in a while. The heat is spotty and is extremely expensive to run.

Great building but
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet most neighbors are amazing, except for one , rent is affordable still!!!!
Cons:
Nasty neighbor in the building , a person that acts racist and literally love calling the cops on their neighbors if he feels not facing the issue !!! Electric bill also ridiculously expensive!! Mice infestation, we get exterminator every month but they still don’t stop coming in the apartment!
Advice to owner:
There’s too many mice in the building they literally in the walls , needs a lot of attention! Most stuff is good thank you !!!! Also it will be nice to be flexible with the tenants with the rent in this time of pandemic situation, it’s hard to handle life under this pressure !!!!

Pretty nice building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice neighbors who generally look out for each other, fantastic super, just got brand-new washers and driers, generally pretty quiet.
Cons:
In-unit electric heat and hot water heater that renter pays for really adds up in winter. Entry way/laundry/garbage area floods in a heavy rain.
Advice to owner:
Figure out the back garbage/recycling area so it stops flooding
