Pros
Staff are kind. The units were clearly designed with thought and intended to be actually livable. love the windows, light, and the terrace in my unit; the view is great. the gym in the basement is nice though not equipped all too well. Bathrooms are very comfortable. There were almost no issues that I had to contact management about, and the ones that I did (fruit flies, smoke from other apartments) were resolved promptly. Management cares about doing a great job and it shows. I’m a big fan! I would still be living here if not for life changes!! Highly recommend

It's right next to the intersection of flatbush ave ext + tillary, traffic noise is loud, but the sound dampening from the windows helps a lot. I don't notice the noise much.
Advice to the owners
the fridges are 24in wide and don't actually hold much food. Hard to bulk buy. It's minor in the full sheme of things
