Nice apartment location

Pros

Super convenient location, and very quiet despite being on a busy street. Overall the landlords are responsive and will get all appliances fixed quickly.

Cons

Sometimes there are the occasional mouse or random broken thing like the heat but the landlords are responsive on fixing and solving things. There was an absolutely insane women who lived here who terrorized the building but the landlords were able to evict her, but it was pretty insane 6 months of her harassing tenants, though I don’t really blame the landlords for that.
