Pros:
Location Nearby park Bus stop nearby
Cons:
Consistent random apartment floods. We lived in Apt 1R for 2 years which is a duplex. On both floors there have been over 17 instances of water POURING into out apartment either through the ceiling, which would cave in and fall on the ground; or through sewage backups where water comes from the toilet and floods the whole apartment. Also when there were sewage backups the drain near the washing machines in the basement would have water coming OUT like a water fountain you drink from. There would be NOTHING you can do and it would not stop for HOURS. So water is coming out your toilet in your apartment and water is seeping IN to your apartment from the washing machine area. Maintenance was almost nonexistent and the landlords clearly did not care. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this unit and the owners. I'm trying to attach videos of the worst damage but this site isn't letting me :(
Advice to owner:
Take care of your property and stop putting off regular maintenance. Fix your sewage system so it does not clog every other month at the most random times.
