Worst building in dumbo
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, it looks nice from the outside. Big steel doors are cool.
Cons:
Unfriendly staff that rarely opens the door for you even when you are carrying many pounds of bags.
The elevators are TERRIBLE. It feels like one elevator is out of commission all the time.
The hot water is unreliable
The finishings are dated and falling apart
Electrical work is terrible
The appliances are old and falling apart
It’s an open question whether or not the building was built with proper flame retardant.
Advice to owner:
Not sure there’s anything they can do, it was a poorly constructed building.

Great building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Really nice staff. Great gym and roof deck.
Cons:
Nothing, really. The dishwasher kind of sucked
