Incredibly noisy building do not move here if you work from home the walls are paper thin and there are many roaches

The super screamed at me and told me that it was my fault the entire lock in my door fell out when I tried to unlock it. I was locked out without a phone and he threatened to leave me there from afternoon until the evening (this was in October). The construction can be very loud. No laundry. Minor but annoying - charges small service fee to pay rent every month.
Advice to the owners
