Love living in 50 Bayard!

Pros

Very quiet (especially if you're on the side overlooking Elizabeth Street).

Cons

The central heat can be very intense in the winter, but they installed sensors recently that's making it less intense.

Overall good building for the area

Pros

Having an elevator in Chinatown is rare and laundry in the basement is great and they are constantly keeping up with maintenance. Nice mailroom and security is always welcoming

Cons

Depends what floor you live on it can be very loud at certain times of the day. Also it is a very busy block filled with tourist. It’s hard to make your way to the train if you are in a rush
