The location, quiet street, and space that you get for the price is good. Building super is nice and management is responsive
Have had bug issues multiple times but perhaps no more than any other old building like this. Has an elevator but has been decommissioned recently - was very unreliable anyways. Noise travels through the thin walls, but was generally fine.
