Washer/dryer in building removed in the middle of lease

Nice apartment
Love the kitchen even though there is no dishwasher
Cons:
Sketchy neighborhood with loud neighbors and dog poop everywhere.
No washer/dryer in building
Property owners not very responsive
Advice to owner:
Please respond to emails and clean the building regularly
