Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent tenant reviews of buildings managed by Omar Padial reveal significant concerns regarding management responsiveness and overall building maintenance. While some residents appreciate the decent locations and renovations, many face issues such as pest infestations, inadequate garbage management, and slow responses from the owner. The cleanliness of the buildings is notably inconsistent, with complaints about unaddressed leaks and poor pest control. Despite some positive remarks about neighbors and heating, the prevalent dissatisfaction suggests prospective tenants should be prepared for potential challenges in communication and upkeep when considering these properties.
