Summer sublet in basement unit
Pros
Amazing location, pretty spacious, near L train, cheap rent for the area, nearby grocery stores, owner was responsive and moved us to another unit when there was a leak in the apartment
Cons
No laundry in-unit, occasional roaches, not the cleanest building

Great building overall
Pros
Clean, quiet, no major issues. Super’s great and they have pest control come every month to spray preventatives in all the units.
Cons
Some shady folks hanging in the corner of 13th and 1st.
Advice to the owners
Don’t charge too much for people that forgot their keys!
