it’s a mix

Pros

great area, updated kitchen, in unit W/D, adequate space. landlord was chill and would send someone whenever there was an issue

Cons

always had issues with heat and hot water. heaters would be insanely hot in the winter to the point where i had to open the window when it was snowing. multiple times had either scalding hot showers or ice cold. had a few roaches and a mouse. hardly any natural light next door neighbor was so rude and walls were paper thin so you could hear everything. even when someone was sent to fix something, the problems typically persisted
