Good Building with Ongoing Problems

Pros

Great block and friendly neighbors. Comfortable and quiet neighborhood. Unit in good shape. Updated appliances. Good space for furniture and work from home.

Cons

Rats during quarantine. Difficult management. Multiple families living in single family unit above and below us. Mold and 100 year old pipes that need fixing but they won't cut into the ceiling or floor.
