Very close to major transit lines (<10 min walk to 4/5/6 and 2/3 lines). Close but not too close to 125th street. The landlord is very nice and generally pretty responsive (though sometimes you need to call or text twice)
The bedrooms are very unevenly sized. Apartment buildings nearby can be super loud
Put AC in the smaller bedrooms!
