Frequent Super changes, Unresponsive Management

Pros

There is a good amount of space in the center 2 bedroom units. The accessibility to 1 train & buses is great. Great access to Sakura, RIverside & Morningside Parks. Broadway side has foot traffic pretty late into the night which helps with feeling safe walking home—nothing crazy happens because there are witnesses around—and because my unit faced La Salle, it wasn't too loud.

Cons

The building management has become less and less responsive in the last three years I've lived here. The super has changed at least twice and you cannot really reach out to them to ask for something, everything has to go to the portal online, which often means time-sensitive emergencies (I've had a rat in my unit, the fuse has blown many times, and sometimes a bug issue) you have to deal with by yourself, as they take unpredictably long to get back to you.
