Good long term rental
Pros
Overall, cozy area and nice landlord. Does a great job at fixing anything that is needed. Would recommend. Greenpoint is a great neighborhood, and this is on a nice, clean, and quiet street.
Cons
Sometimes the landlord isnt as responsive.

Worth for the location for a short term
Pros
Very close to mcgolrick park, nice calm street at the front building.
Cons
Back of building faces very busy and noisy street mcguinnes. Landlord doens't take care of property and doesn't care about tenants.

Take care of the building and tenants.
