Pros
Great backyard and roof. Great location.
Cons
Nothing is well kept, like basement gym and roof furniture. Could be so much nicer. The fridge sucks. The main room has no natural light, the stairs are very sketchy.

Pros
Bare bones exercise room, communal space to sit, store bikes, large extras, cozy backyard, decent roof. Unit had AC, dishwasher, tall ceilings and private section of yard.
Cons
Management showed us a unit, scheduled a lease signing, then bait and switched us last minute to the unit next door saying it was equivalent with no time to find another option or get our deposits back. We went ahead and accepted the other unit, old tenants were still moving out on our move in day and the apartment was left in very poor condition: clearly uncleaned, paint peeling, bathroom uncleaned and mildewy, actual rodent feces in the bottom oven drawer. One bedroom turned out to actually be smaller than the original unit. Our move in was complicated and delayed, and management was hesitant to negotiate a prorated first months rent.
