Comfy co-op building

Pros

Responsive, friendly landlord who lives in the building. Proactive about preventative pest control. It's well-insulated and quiet inside, despite being on a sometimes noisy street. Literally a block away from the 1 train and the C train. Newly installed intercom system.

Cons

Railroad apartment layouts. Walk-up building. No dogs allowed.
