Great for beach life, bad neighborhood

Pros

It's a very nice open space and it's your own house Super close to the beach The bungalow neighbors are nice and helpful Landlord is responsive House holds up well in storms

Cons

It's a crime ridden street with lots of problems It's very far away from things if you don't have a car It gets very stuffy in the summer so more than one AC unit is necessary with no central air Ant problems

Advice to the owners

a central air update possibly
