Family, older and community focused apartments

Pros:
The building is well maintained and has a friendly atmosphere. The doormen are particularly nice and helpful. The view from the front of the building is phenomenal. It is quiet neighborhood. A garage is attached to the building. The management office responds quickly. The building is located close to 2 train lines.
Cons:
Sometimes the apartments can be cold, if facing the river
Advice to owner:
Keep gradually modernizing
