Pros

Location but homeless out of control and would break into the building to steal packages.

Lack of regular cleaning and garbare area is in gross basement

My First NYC Apt

Pros

Amazing location, charming, more residential block. My place got great light and the view facing the back of the building was really lovely. Never saw a roach nor a mouse!

Cons

The Super in this building wasn't great. Not very responsive. I actually did not have working heat, no radiator was ever hooked up in my unit.
