Well Kept Building

Pros

Well-maintained building, responsive super, friendly tenants, and a clean common area. The units are spacious with great amounts of storage. I really enjoyed living here and had very few issues during my time in the building.

Cons

Management could sometimes be difficult to reach, and the building's plumbing could use some improvement.

Advice to the owners

Continue maintaining the building and keeping the common areas clean. Improving communication with tenants would be nice. Offering an online tenant portal and modern options for paying rent would make things much more convenient for residents.
