Wouldn’t recommend it

It was literally down the block from the Bronx zoo
Cons
Roach and water bug infested Rats all outside of the building garbage all in front and next to the building loud neighbors nosy neighbors
Advice to the owners
Y’all need to be on top of your property before y’all get a lawsuit Nasty and disgusting place
