A well kept gem in the heart of Astoria

Pros

The super and his family live in the building and are not just responsive, they genuinely care for the building and the community within it. During the holidays they go all out and decorate the entrance along with the lobby. The building itself is a gorgeous prewar with really beautiful European manor house style flair.

Cons

None to think of, this was a great building and apartment to live in.
