Pros:
The owner is responsive and very friendly, they keep the building clean always!
Cons:
Nothing too bad to say really but the neighbors love to party outside so it can be noisy on the weekends. I don’t mind too much but it’s worth mentioning.
Advice to owner:
My unit really needs a new dishwasher, request that at the beginning of your lease!

Cons:
- really bad cockroach problem that is only getting worse

Get pest control in there!
