nice building terrible landlord

Pros:
apartments get tons of light all day and have a nice layout
Cons:
the landlord is negligent with fixing maintenance issues, surveils his tenants activities in common spaces, is attempting to evict rent-stabilized tenants, and refused to renew our lease and raised the rent by over 1k for the next tenants.
