Great home for 4 years

Pros

Building super and doorman are amazing, super friendly and helpful. Building also has great energy efficiency so it's good on bills. Most of the people in the building are owners and work together to keep monthly fees low. Neighbors are respectful and kind. No issues with pests. Great location. Have really loved living here.

Cons

Nothing to add here, maybe just that the build in stoves and appliances aren't the newest/best but really not terrible. We still cook most of the time, but in the long term would be good to replace them.
