Gorgeous Building and Beautiful Units

Pros:
It is incredible. I’m obsessed with my apartment. The building is quiet and incredibly accessible.
Cons:
I don’t think my apartment is super sound insulated. Also sometimes my water is brown.

Cleanliness and garbage management good
Cons:
The owner and maintenance of the building do not care at all if you have some difficulties in the apartment or if you are experiencing some discomfort. The tenant of the apartment next to ours smokes marijuana all day and the smoke penetrates the air conditioning systems because they are connected to each other in addition this person organizes at least three times a week parties with prohibitive and embarrassing content with loud music until 4 o'clock in the morning and it is impossible to sleep and rest.Despite the 1000 complaints at the building menagement no one has ever bothered to do something you are completely left to yourself with your discomforts.
Advice to owner:
to be more responsible and to try to meet the difficulties of their tenants which was never been done during the whole year of stay
