Cons
Management mostly leaves you alone, but is not necessarily the most pleasant to deal with, nor are they quick to respond to issues. Porters and Concierge are all lovely people, but maintenance is not always the most friendly and have closed out my maintenance tickets multiple times without ever showing up or completing repairs. HVAC units seem underpowered and old. Building amenities are treated like an afterthought. Some units are remarkably overpriced.
A gem in DTBK
Pros
Free amenities, generally spacious floorplans, fantastic building staff, great location.
Cons
Units not facing the street lost a fair amount of light with construction of 99 Fleet Place. Building management was slow to respond to requests regarding repeatedly noisy neighbors (now rectified), and is not always the most communicative regarding work on the building.
