Wasn’t that bad

Pros:
it was very big with a big backyard
Cons:
we didn’t know we couldn’t be in the basement so our 5 bedroom turned into a 2
Advice to owner:
always get the house inspected before moving in

Cons:
The project is close by and can be dangerous at night time
