It’s just okay
Pros
the location is pretty okay it’s a neighborhood that is becoming gentrified. A lot of the cultural aspects are still there but there are new developments popping up.
Cons
super unresponsive about issues in the building. Elevator breaks down every other month or day.

No parking! Gentrification & forced displacement, loss indigenous community.
