Not bad at all

Pros:
Landlord was super responsive sending people to fix issues.
Cons:
The people who came to fix the issues never really did. Gas leak all year, bathroom leaking into downstairs apartment.

Top floor is best

Pros:
Spacious and pet friendly, with a bodega on the corner
Cons:
Loud, window shaking music from neighbors across the street and in the garage, harassment on the street, and not well maintained. Roaches in the hallways all of 2018 and 2019. Cheap appliances and decoration that falls off and breaks easily.
Advice to owner:
Invest in easy to clean materials and long lasting fixtures.
