DO NOT LIVE HERE - CRAZY LIVE IN LANDLORD
Former Tenant
Pros:
Best thing about the place was the location and nice fellow tenants I met.
Cons:
Goes into bedrooms without consent, touches personal belongings, takes photos of private bedroom without permission, steals tenant's Wi-Fi and uses it for herself and other tenants without their knowledge or consent, refuses to lower rent after telling tenant they will be sharing the space with others. Kitchen/Bedroom ceiling peeling and pieces falling off. The landlord is a hoarder.
Advice to owner:
Stop renting spaces when you can't live well with others and can't upkeep your building up to legal codes.

The Worst Landlord I’ve ever had by far
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is convenient
Cons:
Manipulative and extremely controlling slumlord. Heat levels not legal, every day in the winter when you come home you’ll have to ask her to turn the heat on as she does not want to spend the money to heat the property when no one is home. She will cut your water off for spite. I had to call 311 to get her to supply bins in the front of the property as she wanted me to keep my trash inside my apartment for two weeks as she doesn’t want to put it out and won’t hire a super to manage it for her. She will have other tenants report on you and befriend you by telling you lots of personal info about them to get you to do the same. I know insane amounts about the girl who lives below me including how much rent she hasn’t paid where she works where she’s from. In exchange I was asked to text her when she comes home. I’m sure she’s doing the same to me as that tenant reports on me as well. Her life is this property as she has no family / no friends / no job - so her energy is entirely focused on manipulating tenants. Unless you are getting the apartment well below market rate don’t do it - and even then, you will pay with your sanity.
