Really nice suite of apartments in Greenpoint

Pros

It is a great location and very quiet, and the building is new so has no structural/pest/sound issues ..

Cons

There are some times when management isn’t super quick to respond. Also, heating can be a bit expensive in winter months as window insulation isn’t the best.
