Ever since the Sabet Group took over this building it has been a nightmare. Unmitigated basically year-round construction that has made WFH hell. The construction dust flies everywhere dirtying the common areas. Mice from said construction has infested my apartments and I had to personally seal all the holes in my walls to control the infestation. Heat was gone for four days this winter where no space heater was provided or prorated rent. And on top of it all, still got a $200 rent increase. Sabet group do jot care about current tenants - they only want to gut renovate old apartments and list them for insanely absurd rent. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM AND KEEP GIVING THEM LEVERAGE. This building is not worth it - do not fall for their newly renovated apartments.
